Over the past week this platinum grade asshole, (seen in the pic to your left) has been getting media attention because he, 1. Is trying to drum up attention for his wife’s new reality show, and 2. He wants the world to know how much of a douche bag he really is.

David Siegel, the owner of Westgate Resorts, a timeshare company worth $100’s of millions to billions of dollars, whose net worth is in the high $100’s of millions these days, is intimidating his employees with being fired if Obama is re-elected. He claims that he’s not trying to tell them that that they need to vote for Romney but when you read his letter, he’s saying you need to vote for Romney, or you might end up unemployed. Because like a spoiled kid, if he loses he’s taking his jobs away from y’all and might just close the company for good.

“You see, I can no longer support a system that penalizes the productive and gives to the unproductive. My motivation to work and to provide jobs will be destroyed, and with it, so will your opportunities. If that happens, you can find me in the Caribbean sitting on the beach, under a palm tree, retired, and with no employees to worry about.” Read the whole letter here!

So a “job creator” who builds a 90,000 sq ft home and has 7000 employees, which by the way is 5000 less than before the recession, is willing to close a profitable business, that has had some of its best economic years ever, under the Obama administration, if Obama wins again! Let’s be mindful that Obama walked into a disaster zone and was tasked with cleaning it up and making sure that the country got back on track.

This guy laid off 5000 employees because of the economic downturn, which was because of the Bush administration, got his company back on track to the tune of having the best years ever under the Obama administration, but now blames Obama for something that is BS. It stand to reason that whatever Obama did in the first four years would probably help his company even more over the next four years. Why does he want Obama out?

The answer lies in the fact that Obama is pro unions and is for a minimum wage increase. It has nothing to do with taxes. Obama hasn’t gone up on any taxes since he’s been in office; all the taxes levied on Siegel’s business were in place before Obama stepped foot in office. As a matter of fact Obama wants to lower taxes for business’ that are willing to hire new employees, but The GOP is blocking it. So if Siegel really wants to hire new people as he claims, he should be telling his employee’s to vote for Obama and lobbying The GOP to pass Obama’s legislation so he can hire more employee’s and get tax breaks for doing so. Instead he said he will fire more employees or just shut down a billion dollar empire because he has to pay more taxes, personal taxes at that. Ain’t that a crock of shit!

And this is why so many people are railing against the uber rich. They would rather destroy the lives of poor and modest means folks so they don’t have to pay an additional $200k in taxes, which they probably can find a loophole for. They’d rather destroy unions so their employee’s can’t have leverage to demand a better wage. They’d rather spend $100’s of millions lobbying congress to keep the minimum wage where it is instead of using that money to give people a raise so that they can afford to pay their rent and eat too!

The cost of gas, milk, meat, grains and everything else goes up, yet wages are stagnant. Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t all these price increases help corporations become more profitable? Corporate profits are thru the roof over the past 2 years; $3 trillion sitting in bank accounts, yet job growth is minimal. This alone destroys the trickle down, well now called the “job creator” theory. Corporate profits at an all time high, trillions of dollars in disposable income just sitting in banks, millionaires and billionaires paying a lower tax rate than any time in history, but no massive job creation in sight. By the GOP theory, there should be 3 jobs waiting for everyone that’s unemployed, but where are they.

This is why people are fed up with you and your kind Siegel, it’s not the media that’s demonizing you, it’s you, the Koch brothers, Adelson and the many GOP puppeteer’s that spend billions of dollars a year to keep poor people poor, and destroy the middle class in America. Your lobbying is the reason why Mitt talks crap about 47% of this country, which by the way are probably the bulk of your employee’s!
